The place was lovely—ideal for families with kids! My children really enjoyed their stay, especially with all the toys provided. The location was great, and the unit truly felt like home.

Thank you Bonnie for letting our family stay in your place for over 2 months while we renovated our house. The location was amazing close to coffee shoes, parks and restaurants as well as public transport. The house was well maintained and the Neighbours were lovely. Bonnie was very helpful and responsive every time I asked to extend time of our stay. Nothing was too hard. She left us a beautiful hamper too. tv and internet was great. So was the couch and the king size bed. The apartment was big enough for a family. The garage is a bit small however for an SUV so we parked outside and there was plenty of onstreet parking. Thanks !

Joe's place was a perfect place for us during our stay as our activity was centered at the S.E. Suburbs of Melbourne. Joe himself was a very nice host with trigger quick response if U need anything from him. As others can have a different experience during their stay in Joe's place, I personally believe everything can be solved effectively using a simple friendly communication with Joe, as he is very communicable and helpful. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautifully appointed and always completely clean, spacious, and functional. Its design is ideal, and the furniture is comfortable and practical. The balcony and its furnishings provide a genuinely nice touch and lend an additional opportunity for relaxation. The full-size refrigerator, toaster, washer, and dryer are real assets and allow us to live there like we do at home. The pantry space is perfect and the apartment well stocked. The building is modern, quiet, clean, and secure. A unique feature is the easy and immediate access to a large Cole’s grocery store. The Brighton location is wonderful. The train to Flinders Street lies a short walk away, as do Landcox Park and the beach. Many shops, cafes, and restaurants lie nearby. Jill makes us feel very much at home and well cared for. We enthusiastically give Jill’s apartment our very highest recommendation—we cannot imagine better!
