Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

We are surrounded by excellent pubs with coffee shop, bakery, organic butcher and grocer all with a few minutes walk.
