By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs.
