Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brighton and Hove

we really enjoyed the house as a base, to go our exploring, as a place to sleep easily and quiet. We would recommend it .

Fantastic accommodation for groups ... spacious, modern, clean and cosy house that easily hosts 5-6 people. We loved the design and interior, the garden, the well equipped kitchen, and bathroom and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Communication with Nick was easy, straightforward, polite and efficient. The only aspect we would have wished for was a third toilet on the ground floor.

Came from all corners to meet up for a school friends wedding. The house was spotless, homely, close to the seafront and perfect for our brief stay. Wendy was a great hostess and would highly recommend.

Jo was an exceptional host from start to finish and couldn't have accomodated us more! The place is gorgeous and we felt instantly at home. Everywhere was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the overall vibe of the place was spot on. Sad to have only stayed one night but will 100% be making a return next time we are in the area. Thanks again, so much. Highly recommend!

Orsolya was really helpful in getting us set up in the house. It is definitely their home and it made us feel cosy and at home, too. The sauna was also great!

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

We had a great stay at this house. It was spacious and well-suited for a family, with a nice garden and loads of toys that the kids really enjoyed playing with. The layout made it easy to relax, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was quiet and peaceful, and access by car was straightforward, with parking nearby. It's a good spot if you're looking for a calm place to stay that still offers convenience. Overall, a solid option for families, especially with young children. Everything was as expected.

Jenny’s place is in a perfect location in Hove, within walking distance to loads of lovely restaurants and bars and very close to Hove Station. We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was extremely clean, comfortable beds and very modern throughout. We will definitely be back, thank you Jenny.

We had a really love time in Brighton and the place was so nice to escape from the heat. It was so lovely and clean, a really nice space to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked and he’d even left us cold water in the fridge which meant a lot in 29 degree heat! All the bed linen was clean and fresh and we had a lovely stay. Lance was very communicative and checked in with us which was really nice, would recommend and would stay again.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

Jason’s place was an ideal set up for us to spend the weekend in Brighton. With a baby and a toddler, it was set up really well. Great location we just walked everywhere. My little girl absolutely loved the bed and it was a novelty being in a place with new toys. This property is lived in but a great stay for families : ).

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

We had a lovely weekend in Brighton for my partners birthday The studio is small but perfect for a weekend. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the seafront. Everything you need in the studio. Very comfortable bed. Denzie was a fab host, very friendly and welcoming, offered local recommendations and very responsive. Jo was very friendly and responsive in messages and in person when she greeted me upon arrival. The room was perfect for my needs on the marathon weekend. Clean, simple and so close to a variety of bars and restaurants, not to mention the beach only 5 mins away. After the initial greeting, it was as though I had the place to myself. I didn't hear or see Jo again during my entire stay. She was a very discreet host, but I knew she would be quick to respond should I have had any questions or issues.

I had the best time. Ray, Tracy and their family made me feel like one of the family. They even invited me to have a drink with them all. I felt like I had known them for years. They were all so friendly and so helpful. Ray even came in the car to show me where the train station was to pick up my daughter. Tracey took me to show me where the other local train station was. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything is as you see on the listing. I am pretty fussy using other peoples bathrooms but it was my favourite room. So sweet and calming. I spent the warm evening sitting in the garden with the adorable Louie reading. The whole vibe of the neighbourhood was very relaxing.

Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

WOW ! What can we say ? From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty. Mark and Steve were the perfect hosts. To walk to town/beach is about 15 mins. Local shops and pub nearby if required about a 2 min walk. The house is immaculate and the room was perfect. The bathroom was also extremely clean and very nice. Coffee/ Tea and water provided, and we had crisps and chocolate on arrival too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank guys for a great stay and look forward to staying again soon. Andy & Suzanne

Great night stay in Brighton with free parking. Rachel & Morgan are lovely welcoming hosts. A lovely breakfast served in the morning right to your door for a nice start to the day :)
