Tranquil space full of natural light. Private basement apartment with washer and dryer. Keypad entry. We live in a neighborhood there can be occasional dogs barking, lawnmowers going and traffic noises you'd expect to hear. The apartment is in the basement of our home, you’ll hear some foot traffic from above. Quiet hours after 10pm. 10 minute drive to Governor Dodge state park 10 minute drive to historic Mineral Point 20 minute drive to Spring Green.

I loved staying at Douglas' home on Lake Monona. I was able to sit on his dock and watch the sunset. What a gorgeous setting. Riding his bicycle over to the park on the other side of the bay was a treat as well. I was able to walk to a cafe this morning that had great coffee with a view of the lake. What an oasis!

Phenomenal place! Extremely comfortable beds, great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. spacious kitchen and eating areas, very well stocked kitchen and pantry, peaceful walking trails. We had a lovely stay with 9 people using all the bedrooms. Jesse and Maggie clearly care about this home and aim to make it welcoming and comfortable for guests. They definitely go the extra mile!

Very lovely couple, we really enjoyed their house. Baxter is calm, friendly, and a joy to be around. Jonathan gave us a tour of the house. It felt like walking through a museum. Lovely artwork throughout the house. Will surely love to stay there again.

Sundance Villa in the Driftless, Country Estate

What a delightful slice of heaven in the Wisconsin countryside. The lovingly restored farm house is so beautiful and comfortable, and our combined party of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. The location is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful hilltop views in all directions. We especially enjoyed taking in the sunsets from the outdoor fire pit. The rolling green hills and towns of the surrounding countryside are bucolic and such fun to explore. Jodi and her husband even gave us a tour of their farm, with nesting bald eagles and eaglet - such a generous and unexpected gesture. We had such a great time and would love to return someday.
