Beautiful house with many interesting features & plenty of space. Comfortable temperature thanks to the efficient control system. Love all the old metal hardware for the many doors. A memorable experience.

We had a great stay, it was everything we wanted for the weekend. Comfortable, clean and cosy. There's a little local shop nearby, garden centre. We walked into Whitby which took about an hour ish, nice walk. The first part is on main roads. We would definitely look at staying again.

A super cottage in a beautiful , peaceful location overlooking the river. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and very spacious for 4 adults. Cara was a responsive and helpful host. The location is perfect for getting to Whitby, the NE coast or the North Yorkshire Moors. We walked into Whitby on the beautiful riverside path, accessible and only 35 mins. We happily recommend.

Such a lovely host - made us feel very welcome and baked us a lovely cake. Plenty of room for the dog and nice walks straight from the door. Great location for the cost and Whitby along with the moors - but a peaceful rural location. Would recommend!
