We loved our stay here. An absolute gem of a property. Great amenities and an excellent location too. Caroline was an excellent host who was so proactive and super responsive to any questions we had. We hope to stay again!

This property was great and perfect for our needs. The booking process was easy and the host was responsive, polite and helpful. They gave helpful instructions for check in and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything.

Such an amazing house in a location close to Pendle Hill and Fence Gate Inn and surrounding suburbs. Stayed here once before and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Pristine and has everything you need. Spacious and we enjoyed every part of it. Highly recommend!

This is the 5th time that I have stayed at Leesa and Ryan’s house whilst visiting family. It’s consistently amazing , I always feel Like I’m Just at home. Netflix on and chill. Get an amazing night sleep and the beautiful Park with the lake and the ducks is almost on the doorstep Just stunning Thank you !! I’ll See You again soon xx
