Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. The sofa bed is king size, so it is suitable for one person or a couple. The studio is equipped with everything you should need to make your stay cosy and comfortable. Situated in the heart of the village and originally built in the 1950's as an artist's studio and recently renovated.
