Lovely apartment in a great location. Friendly host and great communication!

We spent two wonderful nights at this stunning location, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! The views are amazing and as a bonus, we spotted a couple of seals swimming in the sea most days, which was the perfect way to wrap up our weekend. The apartment was not only clean and tidy but also stylish and easily accessible. We can't wait to return in the new year!

We booked this place late for an event we were going to, it was perfect location about half an hour walk across the promenade. Easy to find, free parking at the property. Beautiful location by the marine and beach. We will be booking again for longer stay to enjoy. Also the weather was incredible and we wish we had booked another night. Great stay and great host. Such a lovely few days spent at this property. It was very clean and had stunning views of Swansea Bay. It is in such a good location and the hosts were fantastic with their communication. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This flat has the most amazing views over the bay. Huge large windows give a fantastic vista . You can look at the view whilst cooking , eating and lounging around on the sofa. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms at opposite ends of the apartment giving privacy if you have two couples.

Excellent apartment, very comfortable and well described. Plenty of space for the four of us in our family. Good location - very quiet and picturesque habourside. Charles was a good and responsive host.

Brilliant location, easy paid parking (inexpensive £5 overnight) the view is stunning over the harbour area both day time and nighttime offers a really nice place to look across. The apartment living space is large, bedroom has a full double wardrobe so perfect for hanging space etc. comfortable regular double bed. Nice hot water in the shower. Lara was very responsive and her Mum was lovely on the day at check in.

Great location for visiting Swansea as it’s in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The enclosed parking is great and makes you feel very secure. The area was actually really quiet despite being on what appeared to be a busy road with shops.

Lovely house in a decent location that is walkable to the seafront. Very clean and comfy beds! Bit bright through the blinds from the lamp posts and then first thing in the morning but not a major issue for us. Thank you!!

I cannot overstate how amazing this place is. I was looking for an escape into the woods and it was exactly what I wanted. The setting of the cottage is stunning, right on the river and surrounded by trees. It feels remote, even though it's only a short walk into the village. The welcome was really friendly, you can tell that the owners are very active in their community and have put together loads of local info. I particularly liked the map of the community forrest which made me feel confident enough to explore walks by myself. The cottage itself is beautifully kept, with everything that you need, and then some. I didn't want to leave.

Fantastic place to stay in Swansea. There was so much space to lounge and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Located across from the City Centre and the bus terminal station, this flat is close to the mall, lots of restaurants, and public transportation. The flat's amenities also include washer/dryer, stove top, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave, meaning that you can easily prepare meals if you dont want to go out every night. Since I traveled light, I was also happy to be able to do laundry during my stay. The apartment is also beautifully decorated, making it feel like home. I specifically came to Swansea to catch a show at the Swansea Arena, which is literally next to this flat, took about 5 min to get to my show.

Gareth is a great host, friendly and helpful. The place was amazing, close to everything you’ll need and see! Would definitely recommend Gareth’s place and I would stay again.

A lovely home in a fantastic location, walking distance to a beautiful sand beach, lots of cafes, activities etc.

During our biking trip in Wales with another couple, Dafydd's charming cottage suited our group perfectly. It provided an excellent mix of privacy and shared spaces, with both bedrooms being completely separate, allowing each couple their own private retreat while still enjoying the communal areas together. The location was also convenient, with easy access to key spots like Brecon Beacons and Swansea, which made the experience even more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

We had a lovely overnight stay. The location is excellent; easy to get to, parking nearby, shops and restaurants/bars close by and the beach a minute's walk away. The apartment is well laid out and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The only negative I can make is that the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear with marks on the walls and floor coverings, so I think a revamp is due. We weren't able to meet Jeffrey as we were held up in Bank Holiday traffic and a bit late arriving at the apartment. However, Jeffrey kept in touch and explained clearly where he would leave the key for us so we had no issues getting in to the property.

Great property, spotless and close to all amenities. Communication and instructions were brilliant as well. Would highly recommend this apartment 👌

Katie's place was perfect for my family to stay in central swansea. We could get to the beach and city centre in just a few minutes. The views of the harbour were beautiful. For some reason I thought there would be views of the beach but there wasn't, however it was extremely close by. The kids toys were an amazing bonus. The apartment was extremely spacious and clean, and the coffee and tea provided was a lovely touch.

Great apartment in a perfect position on the beach. Easy to access good restaurants and walks along the beach. Short drive away to the Mumbles and a little further to the beautiful beaches in the Gower. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Very close to many restaurants and in a peaceful area of the city. The apartment had everything you could ever need and was very clean and tidy. Lovely touch with the welcome Welsh cakes and overall had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend and will be back one day for sure.

Great apartment and location with fabulous views. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Well appointed kitchen too and the balcony was a nice addition too. The car parking space was thankfully a large one.

Good location lots to do round about and a good view of the marina.
