It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. It has flat TV, Wi-Fi,aircondition,heating,well equipped tea kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with a little tub,basic toiletties set,towels,hair dryer,linen,private entrance and terace. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
