Monthly Rentals in Brewer

We prefer to look for an AirBnB over a hotel room. It provides an opportunity to see, hear and taste the local area. Sherry has done a beautiful job in setting up, decorating and outfitting this quant one bedroom with bath apartment. Its location was close to the event center and it was all we needed as a senior couple. Sherry has provided the necessary instructions to find, enter and enjoy the facility easily. We would definitely stay here again when we are traveling and staying in this area. A very nice and enjoyable trip and stay for us. Thank you Sherry.

Very responsive and helpful host. Cozy and clean place, with plenty of room for four. Had everything we needed, especially with last minute work plans. Close enough to everything in Bangor, yet away from the traffic for quiet nights. Will come again if plans and dates align.

Such a cute place! It was perfect for me and my husband. They thought of everything. It was close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Emilia’s places several times and are always happy to do so. It is an awesome place to stay while visiting UMaine. The location can’t be beat. The kitchen is functional and well stocked. We always get supplies from their store and cook at home for some meals. It is clean, comfortable and great parking. You can walk to restaurants, bars, the library and the river. We will miss it now that our Black Bear has graduated.
