Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Beautiful apartment with two rooms for up to three guests. In the middle of the neighborhood: cozy cafes, cozy pubs, original shopping and a great cultural offer. There is something special to experience on every corner: A stroll through the trendy district is a "must" for all visitors to our beautiful Hanseatic city. Right in the middle, yet in a quiet location. On foot or by tram, in just a few minutes in the city. The walks in the Bürgerpark and on Weser/Osterdeich are also nice.

Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
