From the construction trailer you have a fantastic view of lush green meadows and the vastness of the Wesermarsch, as well as our small historic village church. Our farm is located directly on the dike and is thus ideally accessible for cyclists, among other things. The spacious elevated terrace at the construction trailer offers the opportunity to linger with fantastic views of nature.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

We offer you/you a fantastically beautifully located apartment with direct views and access to the Weser in a secluded location near Achim / Bremen in the immediate vicinity of the Weser bike path. The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance.
