Welcome to a cozy home near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You live in a nice farm cottage on shared plot. Alvaret is available at ten minutes walk where the Castle Ruin and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's teeming people's life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the terrace 8 m2. The cabin has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's residence with a separate entrance.

Come and stay in our little cottage here in central Öland. It is located in Östra Sörby in Gärdsløse parish, barely a mile from Borgholm, so close to the middle of the island one can get. The cottage has two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small farstu. In the living room ( except other furniture) there is a bunk bed that can be used by children or adults. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional as is the bathroom with a shower and a WC. Patio with seating is available in both morning and evening sun.

The cottage has origins from the early 1900s and is located on the plot of a larger residential house whose basement apartment will also be rented out. Köpingsvik beach, one of Öland's finest sandy beaches, is 250 meters away . Around the corner are restaurants, food store, a bakery, and a bus stop. Sheets, towels and some other good things to have are included in the price.
