Cozy family home

Hi we are a family with mother/Maria, Liva of 9 years, Lauge of 7 years, our cat candle and the rabbit Ninus. We love living in Arnborg, which is great nature and a great swimming lake. Likewise, it is close to the highway and close to a lot of fun activities. In our home there is room to be children, so we have a lot of games and a lot of creative things that can be used if you take care of that. We as a family spend a lot of time in our large garden playing garden games, making bonfires, bathing or barbecuing.

Welcome to our bright and refurbished home of 140 m2 centrally located in Filskov (only 15 km from Billund). Here you get 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 children's room with children's bed and change table) 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and daybed, a nice and bright kitchen with DeLongi coffee maker and gas stove, as well as a nice garden with whole new wooden terrace. The home is directly opposite the local grocery store in the quiet village of Filskov.

Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, field, and forest. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with a view. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Peaceful country farmhouse

What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It's also dog friendly and kid friendly. It's a rustic old house and there can easily be a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. There are clinic floors. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.
