A short walk from Soltorget and just over 100 meters from ski slopes that take you down to the Gondola or brand new six chairlift Top Express. The cottage is also located in direct vicinity to Branäs cross country ski tracks. 5 bedrooms, 14 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna, charging box for electric car. Check-in/checkout Sundays and Thursdays during ski season Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1250 with rut deduction (Swedish personal number is required). Otherwise SEK 2500.

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

The cottage is newly renovated and extremely well planned with two bedrooms, a large loft, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with TV and bluetooth speakers. The bathroom has WC, shower and a cozy sauna. Outside the door is a terrace in the west with sun from midday to late evening.

Här får både din egna och bästa polarens familj plats att umgås efter dagens äventyr i backen, skogen eller på Klarälven. Två fräscha badrum där det ena har en liten bastu(2-3 personer), torkskåp, tvättmaskin med inbyggd tumlare, braskamin, Wi-Fi, tv med Netflix och fina utrymmen för att spela sällskapsspel.

The home fully lived up to the description, the location was also amazing, it had just been more snow so you could use the lift to and from the cabin otherwise all in all an absolutely fantastic cabin that we would love to use again.😊

Christian has been great at responding enormously quickly to various questions. He allowed us to enter in the early hours of the morning when we arrived before check in with a toddler. Thank you from the heart for that🙏🏻 We read from previous experience that the bedrooms were too warm and not possible to regulate. We had the same challenge as the only small minus in the cabin. Everything else was perfect. The cabin is lovely close to the piste (50 meters) and is ideal for a family. There was everything we needed for duvets, pillows, good beds, kitchen utensils (but only one chef's knife) and a good stove and oven. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to come again if the ski trip goes to Branäs.: -)

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Sofia's cottage. The place was cozy and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi and sauna that made it extra special and relaxing. We loved being able to enjoy both the indoors and the outdoors — the BBQ setup was perfect for a laid-back evening. Communication with Sofia was smooth and very helpful throughout. Highly recommend spending some time here if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

The landlord was very friendly, I was able to meet him personally. House is small but completely sufficient. We were guests with two adults and two children. Everything was available in the kitchen, such as cleaning agents, cleaning cloths, baking paper and so on👍 We felt very comfortable. Kind regards from Schleswig Holstein.

It was the best place to stay for calm vacations. The house was beautiful and the surroundings as well. You can walk in the forest an even to the lake. The host replied very fast and the instrucions and communication were perfect. We simply loved the whole experience ☺️
