The property was quiet, quaint, warm and cosy.... I felt at home and at ease, during my stay I had to work from essentially "the home" it was pleasant, literally home from home.... other guests were friendly. Nivaldina as a host was exceptional, she was to hand to help and support in anyway she could, I stayed for a whole week and it was a very pleasant experience.... I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area, you have a Sainsburys, other shops and amenities within walking distance.... a lovely park and Riverside nearby for scenic walks.... take the opportunity to see for yourself? Very good value for money....

Myself, my wife and our youngest son wanted a place to relax and find something that could be a home away from home. We live in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. On the border of Niagara Falls, New York, USA. We wanted to spend Christmas with my eldest son, his wife and their 2 very young children - 2 and 5 months. they live in Biddenham, Bedfordshire, just a 5 minutes drive away. We also have family, my brother in particular and his wife and older children. When we arrived Ali had set the place up and gifted us with a beautiful welcome package that would enable us the ability not to have to rush out to the shops to stock up on the basics. What we experienced was a wonderful rural retreat, a cozy cottage Annexed onto a plush setting of a country house, paddocks and stables, with horses. what could there possibly not to love! As a local boy, from nearby Stony Stratford this truly was wonderful to be close to all of our family. Christmas was a dream here, thank you so much Ali and Jon.
