You will be amazed by the views of the ocean from this space. The large (shared) deck offers plenty of outdoor seating for lounging in the warm Florida sunshine. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed.

A shaded outdoor seating area is featured under a gazebo, furnished with a long bar-style table and six chairs. A television is mounted on the back wall, and surrounding tropical plants add greenery to the inviting space.

Tropical King Cottage By Beach, Heated Pool & BBQ!

I had a great stay at the cottage. It was very clean and in a nice location. It had everything we needed for our trip and also after a long day in the sun the ac was very nice to return to. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers so travel to the beaches was short for whichever one you choose. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend the cottage to anyone.

This rental was exactly as the photos showed. It was very clean and tidy. Came with beach chairs and umbrella as well as games. Owners were super friendly and pleasant. Kitchen was newly renovated. One of the couches turned into a futon for our daughter to sleep on. The community was quiet and breezy as the rental was across the street from the water. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in town!

My family and I loved our stay here. The place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of items available to use, did not to bring any of our own beach supplies or kitchen supplies. Jamie was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, communicative and flexible. We would recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay again. Great location, 10 minute drive to fort Myers beach and close to shopping!

My husband and I had the most wonderful week here! Every detail of the condo is thoughtful and beautiful, down to the color of the pots and pans. The whole space was absolutely pristine, and we had everything we needed for the week. The beach right in front of this unit’s building was super peaceful. If we wanted a cocktail or more of an upbeat vibe, we’d walk down the beach to the larger pool and Turtle’s (which had wonderful food, drinks, and staff!). We’ve already been talking about another trip back when the second pool closer to this unit opens back up. Rebecca’s instructions were very clear, and everything about our stay was easy. Whenever we did have questions, she was so quick and helpful in her responses (even with recommendations around the island). We are already looking forward to a trip back here and would definitely book this condo again!!!

Amazing location! Beach literally is the back yard! Very close to everything, absolutely best spot in Fort Myers Beach. This is a gem and an amazing find. We will be back again! Coffee, food, beach, and entertainment just steps away. They supply beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and anything you need! Great place for the price! You won’t be disappointed by choosing to stay here! Thanks for the hospitality!
