A brand new (2024) tiny house of 30 sqm + two sleeping lofts, with all the comforts. Suitable for two adults and 2 children. On the loft there are 3 beds, 140cm, 90cm and 80cm. Sheets and towels are located in the house. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. We offer coffee, tea and hot chocolate for your breakfast. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. On the generous south-facing patio, you can sit and eat your meals. Proximity to nice walks at Tullingesjön.

Welcome to the country in the middle of southern Stockholm. High up among the treetops you will find this fully equipped cottage to spend your stay in. The cottage is located at the top of a mountain with a fantastic view of the lake. You'll get free exercise in the hefty staircase that leads up. Here you live countryside next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for a car is available. In about 40 minutes you can get to Central Stockholm. Cabin with proximity to lake and forest and Stockholm

The forest is located just behind our house. You can walk to a lake that is 1 km from the house. It is a nice walk there next door and in the forests. You may also walk just over a mile through the woods to an open-air area called Flottsbro. If you want to go to Stockholm city, you can be there within 50 minutes by public transport. To the bus station Almvägen it is a 5-10 minute walk. The bus takes you to the commuter train. The commuter train from Tullinge station to Stockholm City takes 22 minutes.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
