Beautiful and comfortable apartment 2 blocks from the CDMX Skyline with some of the city's trendy restaurants and bars. A few steps from the most tourist areas such as col. Roma/Condesa, Polanco, CDMX Center and the forest and Castle of Chapultepec. Surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes from the most exclusive to the most accessible. Very easy access to get around by bicycle, UBER, subway or private car. Very quiet, cool in summer and warm in winter

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

Stayed at Casa Hugo and it was such a great experience! Loved the coffee shop downstairs with friendly staff too! It was walkable to other shops nearby and super convenient to have a convenience store close by. Would recommend and would stay here again if I ever return to this city!

Excellent place! As described, very nice, private and the area is too quiet, I really liked it. :)

Excellent place to stay in condesa. Great location, beautiful place. The only consideration is that building doesn’t have lifts, which is quite common in the are. Otherwise, highly recommended :)

Gustavo's place looks just like the photos! Great space, even better location. This was my first time in CDMX and it was easy to walk from his apartment to many places. I mean heck it is around the corner from Casa Gilardi. Infinite hot water! Can get noisy at night if people are having guests over. Just be warned the bed is very firm and not to my liking. There is also no AC (common in Mexico but I did not know), but apartment is cool at night if you open the windows. Everything else was great. Gustavo was very responsive. Would likely stay again just for the location.

We really liked the stay. The place is very cute and has very good taste in decorating! Everything was spotless, access was extremely easy, the location is quite good.
