Welcome to my beautiful loft with the best view of Mexico City, located in the famous Colonia CONDESA. Very secure building with 24-hour Guards. Nearby subway stations: Juanacatlán & Chapultepec. Elegant apartment with KING-size bed, private bathroom, and a huge balcony with beautiful plants and cactus. Perfect location for tourists and business travelers. Many museums nearby, and Reforma Avenue is just a 10-minute walk away. Note: Condesa is a lively and noisy neighborhood — KEEP IN MIND!

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

Lovely Studio w beauty Terrace

Best located studio on the top of a nice house in Condesa. Leafy terrace, high ceilings, large windows and loaded with everything you need! You get to the studio directly by an external stairs or through the house kitchen’s that works more as a common hallway and a staircase for your exclusive use (the blue ones showed in the pictures), that goes to the second floor. You never have to enter into the rest of the house.
