Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

I completely enjoyed my 10 week stay at Maria Luisa's apartment. The Roma Norte location was perfect and the walk to my language school was beautiful, much of it on Av Amsterdam. I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching birds in the lovely trees screening the balcony from the street. The building is secure and the neighborhood felt safe. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I had some confusion about the TV which was my fault for not realizing the "smart TV" listing meant being connected to the internet for Netflix etc. but without cable to receive local TV channels. Once I understood that, everything was fine. The apartment was comfortable and full of natural light. The shower was great, no issues with water pressure or hot water. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again.

We stayed in Nemesio's apartment in the Condesa and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is very nice, spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with all the facilities one might need for a pleasant stay: full kitchen, well distributed spaces and good lighting. The location is unbeatable: in the heart of the Condesa, a charming neighborhood, safe, with many options for strolling, dining and enjoying the city on foot. In addition, Nemesio was an exceptional host: very friendly, available and attentive at all times. It made things so much easier for us, even when some unforeseen events arose, and was kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which was very helpful. Communication with him was always smooth, cordial and prompt. Fully recommended, we would definitely repeat

From the first contact I had with Laura, she was very friendly. He accurately described the area, amenities, and accommodation. Upon our arrival, he was quite flexible with the schedule, with the courtesy of welcoming us even a little earlier. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. He recommended places to us in the area. It's quite safe and busy. There are exquisite restaurants at very good prices. The balcony, garden, gym and the apartment itself are so comfortable that you really want to spend more time there. It also has a laundry area. The apartment's lighting and ventilation are excellent. The view is beautiful and its proximity to the historic center, the Angel of Independence, Roma, etc. makes it an excellent place to get to know the surrounding areas The security of the place is amazing and the guards are very attentive. He was very flexible with the check-out time. I highly recommend the apartment ☺️

Roberto was proactive, extremely helpful, responsive and helped to coordinate a taxi to and from the airport. He was even able to accommodate an earlier check-in and later check-out when our flights were delayed. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony with the hammock is a beautiful touch. Loved that there was 24-hour security. The place was exactly as described and located in a great neighborhood, not too far from everything that CDMX has to offer. We felt at home. Impeccable apartment, very well equipped, with everything you need to be able to work and live in the space safely and comfortably, in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City, with excellent connections and steps away from shops, markets, museums, cultural and entertainment spaces. The host is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommended!

Highly recommended!!!!. Angel and his wife were on the lookout all the time, even calling if necessary, they didn't take anything to respond, which we really appreciate why he gave us more security. Located very close to the metro and the GNP stadium, it was ideal for walking and going to the GNP stadium without spending a lot on transportation (we were walking) The place is quite private and safe. We went down the street from the gas station, by the pedestrian bridge, so it's easier to get to the stadium and it's quite busy ;). The place is as it is in the photos, and they give you many amenities and facilities, you will not miss anything. I would definitely stay here again. Just to consider: It's on a fifth floor, you go up stairs. There is no fan but you won't be hot, opening the windows we had to tuck up. It was a very pleasant experience, and we didn't have any problems, definitely don't hesitate to choose this place.

I loved the location, the Tacubaya subway station is a 10-minute walk and just outside there are buses that leave you on the avenue in 3 minutes. Good location, easy to access and plenty of transportation to get around. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is simple but very tasty.

We were very comfortable and it has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Thank you for all the kindness and attention 🙏🏼
