We returned to this beautiful apartment for the second time and, once again, we were extremely satisfied! The house is cozy, modern and elegantly furnished, perfect for relaxing in a quiet and well-kept environment. The presence of the parking lot, which is always available and reserved, is a great added value. The location is very convenient: in a few minutes you can reach shops, services and local attractions. The apartment is impeccably organized, with every comfort: a super-equipped kitchen, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, and a really pleasant terrace, also perfect for smokers. Attention to detail and cleanliness are impeccable, you can feel the care and passion of the host in ensuring a perfect stay. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back again!

Niccoló's house is great, there are a lot of convenient facilities nearby (tobacco shop, gas station, supermarket, restaurant and ice cream shop), he was also very responsive and agreed to our early check-in, thank you very much; and at 10pm, he still responded to our messages in time. However, this listing may not be convenient for walking, it takes 30 minutes to walk, and the road is actually a bike path, and you need to walk across the viaduct.There are two bus stops near the address, it is convenient to take the bus, but the bus in Mantova only runs until 9pm.We tried to call a taxi in Mantova, but we tried to call for more than ten minutes, but only got an automatic reply.This is not a problem with the house itself, but I think other residents who want to stay here can pay attention to this problem. Also, Niccolo's house has a very comfortable balcony, I highly recommend his place.

I immediately fell in love with this wonderful home and it was a lightning bolt. I wasn't wrong. We had a great time as it has everything you might need. The beautiful outdoor spaces were very appreciated by our dogs. Possibility of parking both inside and outside the house. Tommaso was very kind and helpful, we really appreciated it. We'll definitely be back.
