Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Jeffrey’s guest house is super special, it was amazing to be able to look out every window to experience coastal Maine and so serene and peaceful. Located on a beautiful property right on the bay in a wooded setting. Very private and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay - in fact we extended it another 3 days to be able to enjoy it longer. Jeffrey was very accommodating and even credited us for the 2nd cleaning fee charged by Airbnb because we needed to change our payment method for the extended stay. I can’t say enough about the comfy bed!! I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud with super soft sheets and perfect mattress. I wish all Airbnb hosts were as thoughtful about the personal touches as Jeffrey. I had to work a bit during the trip and the internet was very stable and easy to connect to. It was a perfect retreat for us. Highly recommend staying here! We will. Definitely will Return!

We had a wonderful time. The location was ideal. Having a dock and watching the lobster boats go by was a very unique for us. We saw seals swimming by and did some fishing from the dock. The sunset on the dock was amazing also. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Alina’s cottage. It’s in a small village with other oceanfront homes. The cottage is new with all amenities but ‘fits in’ with other established homes around it which are original to the location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee. The cottage is dog friendly with quiet neighborhood roads to walk. It’s an easy drive to Boothbay Harbor & other points of interest. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Alina’s is the place for you!

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! The perfect house! Beautiful and just like the photos. The location is perfect and just a short walkable distance to the beach. The home was roomy, clean, and had great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the little cottage on the Kennebec. The location is perfect for visiting Bath attractions such as Maine’s First Ship, the Maritime Museum, Bohemian Rose, and Markings Gallery. The screened-in porch with the view of the river was perfect for relaxing after full days of viewing and visiting. The view of the river from our comfy bed was a wonderful way to start another day. We hope to return!!

My husband and I went with our infant, toddler, lab mix dog, and my in-laws. We stayed for a long weekend, and had an incredible time. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully included must-haves for doggos, and we all felt right at home. The recommendations and instruction book was super helpful — we tried Boothbay Lobster Warf. Delicious — you could see the lobsters being taken off the boat right there. We cannot wait to come back!

Adorable cottage, newly renovated. Perfect for two with an open space loft for one more. Kitchen is well stocked right down to the coffee. A good location if visiting Fort Knox, Mt. Barrie and not too far from Bar Harbor if that is on your list. Great stay, highly recommend. Beautiful view and private.

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

The host gave us an upgrade to another tiny house in the same location that we gladly accepted. We were welcomed by fresh lilacs in the tiny home with cozy ambiance. The location is remote with a small farm stand (the honey from this stand is a must, we got the biggest jar and we have zero regrets). This is a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and hikes. I recommend this to anyone looking to escape the city.

I was meeting with family for a graduation. Four of us were staying here. The place was exactly what we needed in our lives and hoped for. It was country, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was so beautiful sitting on the back porch that we never once sat in the living room. We had lots of coffee and laughs sitting out there. We never even went into the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely recommend if this is what you need for your soul.

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

Modern Farm House with old bones and modern amenities. Beyond impressed with the amount of supply’s this home provided. Fully equipped on literally everything you would ever need and MORE for a family friendly stay. Home was clean, fully stocked, slept well, plenty of pace for your own privacy and location, location, location. Short car ride or walk to harbor bonus free parking for your vehicles which allows you to leave your car at home and walk to town. The owner Jules was so sweet simple and easy going! We stayed for our son’s college graduation from Colby College 1 hour away allowing our other family guests time to enjoy Boothbay. WIN WIN! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mihai is a wonderful host and his place is a gem! The gorgeous location is nothing short of magical and the house is immaculately designed and decorated. The hot tub is an amazing bonus. Everything about our stay went smoothly and even during off season, we found plenty to do. Would absolutely stay again.

Hillside Camper is such a lovely and unique place! Surrounded by nature, with everything you need, and surprisingly bigger than expected! We arrived late in the afternoon and Rob was not only quick to respond but also left the lights on outside and inside. We had a fantastic, peaceful stay and will definitely return when we are in Maine again.

The perfect one-night getaway from the grind. The cedar hot tub was a godsend and David was very helpful and communicative! Great location and value!!

Clean convenient one bedroom with a terrific view. Brand new kitchen and brand new appliances throughout, including a washer and dryer. The deepwater dock got daily use for kayaking, sitting, sunning, and dog swimming. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly near grocery shopping, a drug store, the Maine Coastal Botanical Gardens, and downtown Boothbay. Great walking and hiking in the many nearby nature preserves, and on Ocean Point. A lovely stay in a beautiful place. Thanks Nancy!

The home is classic knotty pine Maine with comfy beds and a fantastic view of the ocean and lobster boats. The kitchen is well equipped (bring your own spices) w/ nice dishes, pots and pans. The walk around the area is wonderful as well if you stay close and Boothbay is always great. The layout is quirky but doable if you are not disabled w/ a steep driveway up and lots of stairs. There are 3 actual sleeping spaces with comfy beds. The guest cottage is lovely and the property management team is a dream to work with.

Spent a relaxing long weekend at the cabin. Idyllic location right on the water with plenty to do outside. We enjoyed making fires, fishing, and exploring in the canoe. Inside, the cabin was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Camden is nearby for a nice dinner or a stroll and shopping downtown. Acadia is also close enough for a day trip. Checkin/checkout was very straightforward, and the host was helpful and quick to answer any questions. Hope to visit again!

We stayed at Andy and Nicole’s place in Boothbay Harbor and we had a great experience! Not only is the location fantastic - within walking distance of nearly everything downtown, but the apartment itself is very charming and decorated very well. We came before New Years and the small Christmas tree in the living room was adorable! Andy and Nicole were also very responsive and flexible when it comes to delaying our check out by an hour. We really appreciated it. It’s also pet friendly, which our labradoodle appreciated - he too had a great time! If you’re thinking of coming to the MidCoast region with a small group of people, don’t think twice and book this place as soon as possible. We’re already thinking of going back sometime in the summer!
