Welcome to our just renovated single family pool home in the heart of historic Bonita Springs. Less than 5 miles to the beaches. You can walk to coffee shops, parks, restaurants and all sorts of markets, etc. The living area extends outside in the huge screened lanai where we have a new outdoor sectional sofa. The pool is large and heated. A very upgraded kitchen with new soft close cabinets, quartzite counter tops & brand new appliances. It's a comfortable open concept design.

A spacious living area is presented with two gray sofas and two blue armchairs arranged around a decorative coffee table. A large television is mounted on the wall, and natural light filters through the plantation shutters, illuminating the room's light-colored tile flooring.
