It consists of bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the balcony, and bathroom.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Studio apartment Andriana is located in the old town only 300m from Diocletian's Palace and the Riva, Split's seafront promenade. The ferry port and the main bus station are 500m away, while the popular sandy beach Bačvice is at a distance of 350m. The house is about 450 years old. It was built of stone. It is a cultural monument protected by law and is part of the protected area of ​​Split, Lučac.
