The spacious apartment (90m2) is located on the ground floor of a family house in a very quiet street 10 min. walk away from the first beach. It is surrounded by a large garden with lots of greenery, Mediterranean plants and tall pine trees that provide a pleasant shade during the summer heat. The most prominent part of this apartment is a large terrace on two levels (20m2+20m2) which is a place to stay and enjoy the sea view, sunsets, greenery and chirping of birds from nearby trees at any time of the day.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.
