Perfect location right on the beach. Spacious parking is available right in front of the house, convenient parking is possible. Quiet and relaxing, with nice terrace and sea view. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with shower. Cafes, pizzeria and small shop nearby, nice paths for walking and hiking. Communication in German and English hassle-free, very friendly hosts. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful cozy home. Not very large but quite pleasant. The host is very friendly and always looking for a solution. The bathroom and bedroom are not huge, you should keep this in mind when booking the accommodation. If that doesn't bother you, the place is perfect. The beach can be reached via stairs, for older people this can be exhausting. The beach is a little secret for that. On the one hand, there is a gravel beach a bit further away with loungers. Via the nearby stairs you can reach the sea access, there are concrete surfaces and a shower. This is a bit rustic at first glance, but has charm. There were few local people in Baden. Overall, you can say that if you are looking for a quiet holiday village, this is the place for you.

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! Sandra is awesome!! We were very comfortable immediately. She took good care of us. Best service ever! Wonderful view from the terrace. There is everything you need in the accommodation. We had a wonderful time!! The apartment and the view from the balcony were incredibly beautiful. The apartment was very clean and we felt instantly at home. Tamara was super sweet, friendly and welcoming and the communication with her easy and quick. We loved it here and would definitly visit again! :)

We had a very enjoyable stay. Since the apartment is not new, modern and sterile, we enjoyed the charm and nostalgia of earlier decades. It had everything we needed, cozy beds, kitchen equipment, plenty of space. The view of the sea from the terrace and from some rooms is very nice. Barbara and her family are extremely likable. The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you for small walks. It was 12 beautiful days.

Great place, down to earth and original!

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

The stay was fine Doris and her daughter were very enthusiastic and helpful. We received delicious cookies that she had baked herself. The view is beautiful, in short, everything is okay.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We rented this beautiful house for a family vacation (7 adults + 2 babies), which met all needs. We fit comfortably. The cottage is really well equipped, we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Rade is kind, helpful. We kept in touch throughout the vacation. We had a great time and would love to come back.

As others have written, the path from the parking lot to the accommodation is long and connected by stairs. For this you will be rewarded with a magnificent view and absolute privacy. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It doesn't take a minute and you can go swimming in the sea at one of the many places. Below the house, a path runs directly by the sea. If you walk to the right, you will get to Gonar, where there are restaurants. If you walk to the left and at the end over the mountain, you will arrive in a place with a marina after about 1 km. There is a supermarket and also restaurants and bars. A small tip, place the WLAN box, which is equipped with a SIM card, outside in front of the window because the reception is poor in the room.

We had such a comfortable stay at Ivana and Cem‘s place. The communication was very easy and fast. The apartment was so clean and had everything that it needs. We could not have asked for more! Very recommendable

Davorka is a very friendly host. She welcomed us very nicely, gave us good tips for the area (also for a dog beach) and we were able to have a good chat with her. A pebble beach with a nice bar and a good restaurant are within a few minutes' walk. The old town of Rijeka is about 30 minutes' walk. Right in front of the house, the main street runs along, so the accommodation was great to reach. There is a parking space directly on the premises. The apartment is nicely decorated and large. The city of Rijeka is much larger than I expected and has a lot of industry, such as a large container port and an oil refinery (or something like that). Nevertheless, it offered us an amazingly great atmosphere and we were able to spend the day and evening super nice on the coast. Wonderful!

The apartment has an amazing view and is very well located. Our check-in was early, which helped us a lot. The host was very kind to us.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

It was a very pleasant stay! The location was within walking distance of downtown, the accommodation was clean and the host was very helpful. Highly recommended!

As the host mentioned, the apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. But other than forced exercise every day, it’s a great place with an ocean view and great location with easy access to restaurants, local farmers markets, city center and parking lot. Excellent place.

Vesna & Cedo really offer a gem here! The apartment is really spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and extremely high quality! The bedrooms and the living room offer separate air conditioning in addition to the fantastic view. From the balcony, we could see a dolphin. The small romantic bay, which can be reached in a few steps, is unique. The port town of Sveti Juraj is also beautiful and you can really eat fabulously well! But we would especially like to emphasize the hosts Vesna and Cedo! We have never experienced such honest kindness! These two radiate so much love and warmth! Besides, they are so attentive and we can't put into words how grateful we are to have met these two! We would always come back and recommend this place from the heart!!! It doesn't get any better than that!
