Vacation rentals with lake access in Bognor Regis

Idyllic - best description of Kathy's place in Sussex in the south of England. Kathy was a great host and the property was amazing; both the Coach House, which was huge and boasted a wonderful kitchen and common areas. We were celebrating the arrival of our first grandbaby, bringing the whole family together (7 + infant) over Christmas and really appreciated all the nice touches, including the beautiful Christmas decorations. Make no mistake, you are in the countryside - with all the peace that comes with it (there is a lively and charming little pub a short distance); and, yet, not really all that far from London and the airports; very accessible. I could go on but Kathy's place was just a perfect retreat and we feel very blessed to have been able to stay at this beautiful property. An amazing 2 nights that felt like we'd been away for a week! Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

We had a fabulous stay. The bungalow was very spacious with a large lounge, kitchen and conservatory. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms had everything that we needed. Right by the pebble beach and a walking distance to a co-op, fish and chip shop. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Sue’s place. We came on the train - so no car. For us it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station, all very easy. The place is beautiful, a lot of character. Plenty of space for everything you’ll bring. Hot tub was a great addition which we loved using most of the nights we were there. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Fareham Heights. The house was clean and in very good condition and Manish offered great support during our stay.

Perfect place to get away from a busy life. Alex was amazing with responding if questions were asked. It’s a gorgeous studio flat and feels like you’re at home. Within walking distance for a lot of food options and the beach is right next door.

A delightful weekend stay Yaverland - an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Sandown and in a quiet holiday park - backing onto beautiful trees and nature. Had a lovely walk along the cliffs and spent the day biking around the surrounding towns. The host made every accommodation for guests - well set up with tea, coffee and biscuits there for you on arrival! The chalet has been very thoughtfully renovated, very cleanly, great wifi and large TV for Olympic viewing. A great getaway! We didn’t have a car as we like walking and biking but would advise a car for the Isle of Wight if here for longer as it’s larger than it looks, and this place is not right in the township. Great communication throughout and would definitely recommend it!

Great location in Gosport in walking distance to many interesting places. Great apartment for our needs with 2 kids and a parent visiting friends in the area.

Had a really lovely stay, the caravan was well kept and spotless! Very clean bedrooms and bathroom and a lovely balcony area. Warm & cosy and the parking was ideal. Clear instructions on how to check in and find the caravan. I would definitely like to stay again when I'm next in the area!

We loved our stay at Chris’ place. The location is perfect for exploring the Sussex countryside (Petworth, Ridgeview etc all nearby). The house was clean and well equipped, and Chris was communicative throughout. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape from the grind with friends or family - with the added bonus of a village pub in spitting distance!

The cottage is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The extra touches, like milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and toiletries, are very thoughtful. We recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the area and we would be very happy to stay again.

We stayed there for a long stay and the area and the building are amazing. Our dogs joined us and loved the beautiful walks around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

We've stayed at Lyn's other two beautiful air bnb's in the past and couldn't wait to try her latest offering. We are so glad we did! The space feels completely private with your own entrance and stunning garden room. As always her hosting skills were 5* and made us feel completely at home and as if we were the first guests to ever step in. We will be coming back again and again. What an experience! Tamara was very responsive and made us feel at home. The house is charming, and the views of the Downs are breathtaking. This is an amazing area. This is a real Sussex countryside experience!

It boasts a charming atmosphere and serves amazing homemade food sourced from local ingredients. This perfectly complements the peaceful retreat offered by Woodside Cottage. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing stay with great amenities.

From start to finish, this place is an absolute dream. So peaceful and relaxing, it was the perfect little weekend getaway. The house and surroundings were absolutely spotless, the ducks were adorable, and the attention to detail with providing extras needed for comfort was superb. Clare was a fantastic host. Always responsive but never intrusive. If you're looking for somewhere to stay for a few days or more with your partner - or just on your own - where you can recharge your batteries, this is it.
