We had a lovely few days at Boutique Beach. The beach was easily accessible in a nice quiet area. Drifters Beach Bar did amazing breakfasts!

Jan was an excellent communicator from the moment we booked. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds super comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious and super clean also. All in all a beautiful apartment in an excellent location with Tesco express a couple of minutes walk away and fantastic cafes and shops in walking distance, not to mention the beach which was a few minutes walk from the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful apartment.

What a gem! We felt instantly at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was beautifully appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We're so glad we chose to stay here and will absolutely return on our next visit to the island.

The place is nice, just few steps away from the sea and bay view. It is great to walk around and have fresh air specially in the morning. There is a nice park and arcade area nearby for kids to have fun. The only difficulties we had was finding a space to park the car along the road side specially if you're late going back to the house. Amy is very attentive in ensuring you get the parking permit on the road side beforehand. Great place to explore Portsmouth and Southsea area.

Diane's accommodation was peacefully situated, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed linens were fresh and tidy, and the bed itself was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a restful night's sleep. All the listed amenities were available, and I appreciated the relaxing environment during several nights while working away from home.

We have stayed on the island many times but this was our first time staying in Ryde and in this apartment. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we wanted. The shower is fantastic - powerful and really hot. The beds are really comfy too. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The extra touches such as the welcome basket and kids duvet cover were really appreciated. Also very handy to have beach towels provided as well as various beach toys and accessories for use. The apartment is in a great location and we all enjoyed having the beach at the end of the road! It is ideally located for exploring the island by car or by public transport, with the bus and train station a 10 minute walk away. There are lovely views out of the big lounge windows and we enjoyed watching the ships passing. We had no trouble with parking and were able to find a spot on the road outside the apartment every day. Communication from Clare was great. We definitely hope to return.

The perfect base from which to explore Chichester. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Please look after the parking permit , unlike myself who managed to lose it somehow. My host was gracious despite the considerable inconvenience I had caused. I recommend this and flat and may well return.

Keeper's Lodge is a lovely property, in a peaceful and beautiful location, with everything provided for a perfect stay. The owners are fantastic hosts who clearly strive to make guests stays as good as possible. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the main village and Allison was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to see if everything was okay. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely love to come back!

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Wonderful place to stay and explore Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. The apartment is clean, well thought out and more than comfortable for a family. Book it now, you will not be disappointment.

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

We are just back for a two-night stay. This is a little gem of an air b&b! We all enjoyed the property, it was like a home from home. Lively clean and fresh, it had everything we needed plus more. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lucy

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

This air bnb is an amazing. I 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay here. First of all the apartment is stunning, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. We stayed with two small children and it was very easy with enough space for the adults to relax in the evening. The location is peaceful with breathtaking views. On top of this it was spotless I could not fault anything. Our host Simon was incredibly helpful, quick to reply and always happy to help.

Gary made us feel very welcome and gave us some info on the area,which was very helpful. The accommodation was stunning and in an ideal location to all amenities including the lovely beach area. We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️
