Cozy cottage, beautiful view, close to Faaborg

Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

On a daily basis, this special place is used by performing artists (landlord), but when guests are invited into this authentic and unique home, everything is used only by guests, including kitchen and bathroom. There is a creative and nice environment with soul and spirit, spiced with a little luxury. Close to Odense C, and in the middle of a nature conservation area with marked hiking trails.

Flyvesandet and Enebær Odde are scenic areas very close by with good opportunities for hiking. The house sleeps 6 comfortably 25-minute drive to Odense, Odense Zoo, Odense Street Food, 5 minutes by car to the nearest shopping. In the winter months, sauna on Sundays. 1.5 hours for DKK 65. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig i det centrale Bogense Her er der indenfor en radius af 1 km adgang til børnevenlig strand, søbad, havnemiljø, golfbane og meget mere. I løbet af en time kan man bl.a. komme til Legoland, og Givskud Zoo. Haven er lukket og et dejligt åndehul. Der kan tændes op i bålstedet og man kan nyde et køligt glas i det hyggelige væksthus. Obs. Der er trapper i boligen derfor ikke handikap venlig. Forældre må selv vurdere ift. mindre børn
