Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

House in the middle of nature near the sea

Here you live in a totally calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. Guesthouse near the sea in Djupvik

Lovely peaceful guest house with two rooms near the sea (150 m). The sunset is magical! Suitable for people interested in nature and walks. Close to swimming area and bike paths along the sea. Beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful. Approximately 6 km to a grocery store. Bicycles are available to borrow. Kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and porcelain. Water for cooking is collected in the bathroom in the adjacent building. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and dishwasher.

Krongård

Krongård was formerly one of the country's royal inns. On this farm, the king and his company could rest, eat and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. However, this was a long time ago. Until 2022, the farm was a dairy farm. Then milk production was discontinued because we had reached retirement age. Our dream has been to have time to renovate this old house and now the renovation is complete with 2 apartments. We hope our guests will feel at home here but still feel like they're away.

Cabin near the ocean

Unwind in this unique and quiet home out on Ödängla about 13 km from Mönsterås. Here you enjoy the silence and proximity to the sea. The cabin is perfect as a holiday home or for those who are out at work. The swimming area is 400 meters from the cabin. Boat place is 200 meters from the cabin and boat can be rented if you have a boat experience. I en vacker ombyggd Öländsk stenlada, kan ni koppla av, med familj, själv eller med vänner, på Norra Öland/ Hagelstad. Ett charmigt/ fridfullt boende, med tillhörande härlig trädgård. Grill, studsmatta, badminton, cyklar finns att låna. Finns 6 st till vuxen/ungdom. Samt 2 mindre, som passar för ålder 5-7 år. 2 för 3-5 år. Affär, Ölands största glassresturang, gårdsbutik, busshållplats & hav ca: 2 km, golf 5 km. Städning görs av hyresgästen. Lakan/handdukar ingår ej.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

The facility is equipped with fast wifi throughout apartment and most of the yard.
