Sounds like Scandinavia, but it is not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony.  Enjoy your privacy on the total of 2,500 square meters of land, which is enclosed as a peninsula from a private lake of about 1.3 hectares to two sides (own lake share is about 6,000 square meters) and that you do not have to share with anyone. Just pure freedom!

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Quiet apartment in the historic village of Neustadtgödens. Just 12 km from the North Sea with great excursion opportunities and especially suitable for cyclists. An excursion to Jever 12 km or to Dangast by bike through the beautiful countryside. Close by is the beautiful Sande swimming lake or the Gödens moated castle. On the Ems-Jade Canal is a paddle and pedal station. Various restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away.

The spacious, well-equipped apartment is a five-minute walk from Varel harbor. The apartment has two rooms (a large living room and a bedroom), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen and direct access to the garden. I live next door with my husband.
