A very well-suited house for a large family and even better for people with disabilities. I highly recommend it with the elevator and ramps. The pool is delicious and the air conditioners are excellent! The hosts are super helpful and friendly. I recommend it a thousand percent!!!

We came to this place because we were going to the Salsa Fest, the location is excellent for going to that event. There is a beach nearby and the place is very nice. The guard is very attentive and there are many places in Boca del Río very close by.

Since we arrived, a very good impression of the area and the proximity to the hotel area. We really liked how close it was to the best places and restaurants. Mirna is an excellent host. We were very happy and satisfied.

It is a very spacious house for large families, in addition to the beds it has very comfortable armchairs. It was an excellent choice, my only advice is the parking area, not suitable for very large cars or more than 2.

This is our favorite part of the Port. Outside the touristy area of Centro Histórico, great food a short walk away, and busses and cabs always accessible. The house is a perfect place for a family to relax, comfortably, and see the most incredible sun rises. We would definitely book again.

VERY COMFORTABLE. THE WHOLE HOUSE IS AIR-CONDITIONED. VERY QUIET AREA. THE POOL IS NOT FAR FROM THE HOUSE. YOU SLEEP COMFORTABLY. ONLY IF YOU GO WITH CHILDREN, BE VERY CAREFUL ON THE STAIRS. NEARBY IS A GUADALAJARA OXXO AND SUPERCHEDRAHUI. THE OWNER IS VERY KIND AND ALWAYS ATTENTIVE.

The accommodation is very well located, there are several shops and places to eat nearby. The house is very spacious and comfortable, well ventilated. Andrea always kept in touch at all times. It will be my place of choice for the next visit.

A definitive place to stay with the whole family and more if you come with a good amount... it doesn't seem like it, but the apartment is very well located...very comfortable as if you were at home near squares and beaches...

It was a pleasure to have stayed at Nicté. Alejandro was an excellent host, flexible at check-in and check-out, we arrived early and left late at no cost. Excellent location very close to Anton Lizardo, there is an Oxxo inside the subdivision, inside the house there are very timely and necessary amenities and snacks at a fair price. Clean facilities, including the pool. We kept an eye out for the access codes to the subdivision and local recommendations. We'll be back soon.

A great place 😊 Everything matched the photos and descriptions. My family and I really felt at home. Spacious, a great location and Edgar was super accessible, friendly and attentive from our arrival until our departure. I was carrying a baby and I really recommend their accommodation 100%.
