Sleeps six in 3 sleeping areas, wonderful open concept floor plan. Two night minimum for mid-week stays during summer months, prices vary with season. Dining room table seats 12, making this a perfect spot for a large get-together. The fireplace adds coziness in the cooler months. Enjoy the outdoors either poolside or the huge backyard. Please NOTE: Pool, open May-Sept. is shared with Bryant House next door. Combined, properties can be booked for groups up to 12.

The Home Base

This family-fun packed home is the perfect stay for those looking for their Yakima "home base." It is stocked with all the amenities to make your stay fun and relaxing. Kids can enjoy the sandbox, trampoline, toy kitchen, and board games. Adults can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, exercise room, outdoor dining area, fire table, Netflix, and more! Pets are welcome, but please follow house rules. We are thrilled to share our home base with you!
