Enjoy your private deck overlooking the lake. Unit is one entire floor of a two-floor house, with your separate entrance up outside stairs. Relax. It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Golf courses, beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking, boat rental, pickleball, fitness center, etc. nearby and available for cost. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

You will fall in love with our "Tree house" located in the beautiful foothills of the Ouachita mountains. Ours is a 1700 sq Ft separate apartment with one oversize bedroom with king size Sleep Number bed, open concept living/dining room, full kitchen, bath, and deck with a gas BBQ pit, patio table, and hammocks. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom with local channels and Firestick. Completely stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster oven, range, oven and refrigerator with ice maker.

The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Come spend time where the only sounds you hear are the wind whistling through the trees and the birds singing their songs. Drink your morning coffee on the porch as you watch the deer have their breakfast in the pasture. This 2 bedroom/1 bath log cabin built in 1948 has been renovated with all the modern conveniences: full kitchen and an outside grill for the grill masters. A separate laundry room is also available. PS. The fireplace is nonfunctioning for safety reasons.
