Monthly Rentals in Bloomington

We had a great time hiking! That was the main purpose of our trip. Laura was a great host and very helpful and friendly!

Andrew and Amy were always proactive with giving instructions and checking in, as well as so friendly! All of the listed services and amenities were present and the stay was everything I could have hoped for. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom has everything you could need for a quick stay. It is not far from downtown at all, we had a car but could have walked a bit if we had really wanted to.

Janis was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful. The accomodations were clean, private and roomy. The pictures and discription matched what we experienced. We had parking in the driveway, right next to the private entry. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and allowed for walking on sidewalks and trails. A short drive away, were plenty of restaurants and of course IU. The campus and downtown were beautiful areas to walk around. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend Janis' place.

Matt and Sara’s apartment was perfect. The location is amazing… 5 minute walk to Nick’s! Parking was very convenient.
