Jesse was really responsive whenever I reached out with a concern. He was kind and professional as well as accommodating. He and Chris are absolutely committed to excellent customer service. I ended up booking twice with Jesse within the same month!

Our stay at Nadine’s home was wonderful. The home was meticulously clean, and plenty of space for three adult couples! Any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly, and the home was well furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you, Nadine (and Ken)!

I booked a hotel highly rated on multiple sites. When we checked in, it was disgusting. Everything was booked, so I turned to Airbnb and found Andra's place. It was what we needed and available. Andra was quick to reply, but the unit was actually NOT available. She said it would be ready the next day. Andra messaged the next morning letting me know it was ready, but expecting a 4pm check in, we had driven to my parents place the night before (an hour+ away). I also had to work, so we ended up not being able to check in until late in the day. When we got to the unit, it was great. The place was as-pictured and everything was clean. Many times I see highly rated places that are clean but have a "lived in" smell and the dishes are aligned just so, yet have finger/ lip prints on them. None of that here. I loved the room with a desk and large monitor for guest use. Made work so easy. Andra also accommodated late check out, which I also appreciated very much! Thank you, Andra!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great experience. If we had a question Irina was very responsive and if we needed something she was quick to fulfill our request. We will definitely be staying again.
