Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The plot is a 2580m2 natural plot, where the emphasis is on biodiversity with unique planting, which allows privacy and invites for stays in different zones. There are wooden terraces to the south and east – there is also a covered terrace. It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Søbred's summer cottage in Rebild, Hornum lake

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

The apartment is 86 m2 spread over 2 floors and with a covered terrace with gas grill and beautiful balcony for afternoon cocktails and relaxation. There are 5 beds (1 180x220 cm, 2 90x220 cm) divided into 2 rooms. In addition, an alcove in the bedroom with one 90x220 cm sleeping space. There is one private parking for the apartment. All prices include electricity, water & heating.

The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic Kettrup Bjerge, 750 meters from the North Sea’s sandy beaches. We have just finished renovating the kitchen, dining area and living room in this beautiful house, and we hope that you will love it, as much as we do. The house has high ceilings, scandi-vibes, a fireplace, and stunning views of nature. The house has several large terraces to soak up the sun no matter the time of the day and the best beach in all of Denmark is only five minutes walk away.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.
