Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Our guesthouse is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a private, separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. The small sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman opens to a cot-sized bed; however, neither is comfortable for adults ;-/ There’s a small porch for sipping lemonade and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This updated cottage is perfect for those who want a peaceful, countryside retreat with modern amenities.

Enjoy beautiful views and private access to the Yamhill River. The house is located in a neighborhood in Sheridan, a (very) small logging community in the middle of some great places to hike, go wine tasting and enjoy the Pacific Northwest and the beautiful Willamette Valley. The house is only 20 minutes away from downtown McMinnville and 10 minutes away from Amity. McMinnville and Amity both have great places to eat that are included in our guidebook. Farm stay & animals on beautiful country property

Come and stay at our working farm. You will stay in the newly remodeled apartment. You will have views of the beautiful property. There is a pond with ducks, fields with Texas Longhorn cows, fields with Scottish Highland cows and fields with Holstein cows, sheep and pigs.There are also chickens that lay eggs for a fresh breakfast. The cows love visitors and getting brushed and fed treats. There is a large man-cave with a pool table, X-Box and bar. Door can be rolled up for outside fun.
