With us you stay comfortably in our cozy guest house, in the middle of the beautiful High Coast and with close to many popular excursions, swimming, hiking trail, ski trails, shops, restaurant gas station. Electric car charger area. Here is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, own entrance, and own patio. Smaller farmhouse 45 sqm 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and combined kitchen/living room with TV on small horse farm with all amenities. Sheets and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden the second longest bear calle. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Lovely place, the views are incredible and my favourite part was the luxurious bathroom and sauna 😍. Very nice hosts as well.

Excellent place! Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sauna. A nice hostess, communicates quickly and is interested in making guests feel good. Wonderful experience in this house and in the north of Sweden in total.

Very happy with the whole experience. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful in the area, which gave really good sleep.

Everything about our stay was superb. Julius was so communicative and available even though it was Christmas and New year and sometimes I asked questions out of normal hours. The house feels like a home, toasty warm, comfy and with a lovely vibe. The views from the house, the veranda and the sauna are sublime. I’m almost reluctant to recommend this little piece of magic, for fear it will always be booked! I can’t say enough good things about our whole experience. Everything from the surroundings, the vibe, the interior, the host, the area, was outstanding, and quintessentially Sweden, we feel super lucky to have seen in 2025 there. With the northern lights as our backdrop!
