Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with two beds, bunk bed, top bed 140cm and under a 120cm. In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave wave oven as well as electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. The bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

Near to locally produced crops and sometimes even self-picking of strawberries☀️ About 3km to central Färjestaden you will find the harbour, restaurants and shopping. We stayed with our one-year-old son for 5 nights. Communication with Magdalena in front and during the top. The location is great and if you have the bikes with you like us, everything is within reach! To explore the south of the island very good! The accommodation is great, during our stay no one was in the main house, so we could use everything. Highly recommended, we had great days on Öland !

Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Färjestaden. The property is close to the bridge and it is easy to get to both northern and southern Öland. Färjestaden offers a good swimming area with proximity to several restaurants.

An outdoor area features a hot tub next to an expansive wood deck. The modern house is clad in dark wood, showcasing large glass panels that allow for natural light. Comfortable seating options are placed nearby, enhancing the outdoor living space.

We met up with friends at this place for a three-day getaway and were delighted by the experience. The house shines with an understated luxury but is also practical and spacious to live in. As we visited in August, I especially appreciated the air conditioning and the powerful fridge and freezer. We had a blast in the hot tub and on the patio, and when our gas for the grill ran out, Martin was there immediately. Our friends and their infant also felt very well accomodated. Thanks for the love and care that went into this place; we appreciate it!
