Mitch was an amazing host, his apartment was very modern and had everything that catered for my family. Our stay in Sunshine was due to our kids oztag tournament, so the location was perfect. It was a bonus that only downstairs there cafe's, restaurants, beaches and a great park for the kids, not to forget the awesome swimming pool. Mitch allowed us early and late check out which we were really grateful for as the kids got to refresh and recharge for the journey home. Thank you again Mitch for the amazing stay, we definately recommend his beautiful home😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay here. David was friendly, responsive and proactive prior to our arrival. The Airbnb was as described - spacious, airy and immaculately clean. It was fabulous to have a kitchen to cook our evening meals and a washing machine and outdoor area to dry our laundry. The bed was very comfortable and towels of great quality. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone.

I stayed in this apartment and couldn’t fault a thing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Grace and Kathy were fantastic hosts – super helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They made the check-in process smooth and made sure I felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, convenient place to stay in Birtinya. I’ll definitely be back!
