Amazing place for kids to stay,lots of hand stuff like plastic plates,cutlery and toys. Perfect location above lots of food place and near shops aswell as bars and pubs! Even left us a few bottles of corona in the fridge which was lovely as we drive all the way from Southampton! The place was clean and nothing wrong with the property at all! Thank you for having us! My sons are both autistic and they absolutely loved all the toys to play with there...wifi for their tablets and Netflix on the tv aswell!

Lovely little place, perfect to stay at for events at the NEC. Superbly clean, has everything you need for a night's stay. Victoria's communication was superb, messaged back quickly and left some nice little treats for arrival. Also handy to charge your EV too. Would definitely recommend and will likely be stay again in the future.

Really lovely little space to stay in for a week. Nicholas was really helpful when I struggled to find the bins and gave Really clear instructions on everything needed to be done for check in and check out.

Such a gorgeous little space. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside for the couple of mornings of our stay. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. Everything about it suggested quality and care. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Flat was very clean and stylish. Had everything we needed for our break. Warwick is beautiful and castle was only a ten minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

Perfect location for exploring Warwick on foot, with the historic town centre, river and canal all a short walk away. The accommodation itself has everything you need for a short stay - and the vine covered balcony is a definite plus. David is a considerate host - making sure we were able to cope with the extreme temperatures while we were there - and shared his considerable knowledge of the local area. Hoping to return soon.

I had 8 guests staying at this accommodation, and they enjoyed it tremendously. accurate description, the rooms are bigger than the photos, and parking for two cars.

Really lovely place to stay with lots of room for all the family. Lots to do in the house too which kept us enterntianed and would of liked to stay longer. Great hamper with goodies which was enjoyed by all. Brillaint garden too.

Easy to check in, clean, and has a large parking slot. Kate prepared the baby cot for us before arrival. Also, there was a game of finding the six ducks that we enjoyed playing!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was extremely well-maintained and spotless, with a stylish decor that gave it a warm and welcoming feel. The amenities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything worked perfectly. Although the location was a bit far from the main activities, it was peaceful and quiet—great for relaxing. The host was friendly, very responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated place to stay.

We stayed at Mikaela’s property for 1 night before an event nearby the following day. The property was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. Mikaela was really helpful and understanding- would stay again!

We stayed in 6A City House for a friend's wedding and the location was perfect for getting to where we needed to be for the various events. The staff at Rockett Lettings were responsive to messages and calls, as well as being friendly. I would stay with them again.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L
