Accommodation decorated with lots of taste and charm... the amenities and utensils are very well adapted... the jacuzzi is a real plus for the evening and aperitif... :)

We had a lovely holiday with Arnaud in beautiful La Teste-De-Buch 😊 The home was absolutely fantastic and was perfectly located with the beach within walking distance and close to Duke du Pilat, which is clearly worth a visit. We felt very at home and Arnaud always responded and helped us with recommendations and help when we were in doubt about something. We had a great time at the Bassin d'Arcachon. The house is ideally located to enjoy the activities of the basin (Vélodyssée, oyster farms, towns, etc.). The accommodation is functional and pleasant for the older and younger (petanque, swimming pool, ping pong table, etc.). The accommodation is perfectly suited for a group of 9 people, each has their own space. Estelle and Annie were available, accommodating and punctual for check-in and check-out times. We recommend this listing and look forward to visiting the basin again!

We were a group of 8 adults. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the large living room and its backyard garden. The house is very close to public transport that took us to downtown Bordeaux and also close to different large supermarkets. Behind the house, you can access a forest area and small lakes that have a lot of charm. The host was very kind, answering our questions promptly, and his directions to the house were accurate. We would repeat the stay right now!!! Thank you for everything, Raphael.

We had a great family weekend, the small apartment has an ideal surfer side for a change of scenery, the terrace is super nice. Honestly, if we come back to Bisca, we'll come back to your place!!! 😄 Thank you Franck

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. It was exactly as the photographs showed, and the description online is accurate. The villa is finished to a very high standard and is very comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. I would recommend guests to hire bicycles as there are no shops in walking distance. We did not do this and subsequently had to drive everywhere. Apart from this we loved everything about the villa and Joel communicated well prior to our visit.

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Amazing, unique apartment. Very quiet and private, but still close to neighborhood restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions and shops. Henry is a great host - he was very helpful and friendly, and provided a great list of restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend!

This is a great apartment in the centre of Bordeaux within walking distance of the old parts of town and also near the river where there is a good tram route to some of the major interesting places. We loved the home feel of the place and the sound proofing was great, so that it was quiet despite being on a major road. It never felt too hot even though we had pretty high temperatures while we were there. Bertrand was great with communication and suggestions. All very easy and comfortable. We would definitely return here.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming, on a charming street in historic Bordeaux, just a few blocks walk to the river and surrounded by wonderful cafes, bakeries, and shops. The arrangement of two bedrooms and baths was perfect for two couples traveling together. The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine and tea kettle, as well as cooking equipment. There were fans as well as lovely windows to let in the fresh air. There is a small terrace off the back bedroom; however, it was locked off due to some safety concerns at the time of our stay, so we did not get to enjoy it. That said, we were not at the apartment much so it was really no big inconvenience. Ariele’s communication was great and she left a helpful guide with recommendations, as well as a map of the city which was very helpful being our first time in Bordeaux. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Had a wonderful stay, everything was great. The location was fantastic. There is a beach just across the road, and Arcachon is a little stroll. We travelled with various generations and it suited all! I would highly recommend.

The house matched the description. Jean-Baptiste was very quick in responding to our questions. The setting and location are fantastic. The swimming pool with the vineyards surrounding the house are an absolute added value.

Very nice villa, a few minutes' walk to the beach and a wooden playground for children; perfectly true to the photos and description. Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable bedding, very quiet environment. Communication was very easy and Jennyfer is very responsive and available. The pool was heated but the outside temperatures of the previous days did not allow it to exceed 24 degrees in the water. A very pleasant stay, we are delighted.
