Newly remodeled A-frame cabin located directly across from the Big Star Lake public boat launch. We're a short walk to a small public beach area, located at the boat launch. Plenty of room at the cabin to park your boat trailer, ATVs or snowmobiles. There are snowmobile and ATV trails accessible from the property, just down the street. The cabin has a deck and patio area out front with a firepit. The garage space has a game room with something for everyone. (garage is not heated in the winter)

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

If you are thinking about it , Don’t! It’s about an hour from most big city’s but this place is so fun Kayaks, quiet, cozy, great kitchen supplies, wonderful canoeing in Baldwin 10 minutes away and close to a dollar general and grocery store Well worth it

Great, responsive hosts! The property is located on a beautiful, private lot and is equipped with everything needed for a getaway, any time of the year, whether it's for a party of one or a family; the hosts thought of everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The home has an open layout and offers beautiful views of a private lake and surroundings. I highly recommend the listing and will, definitely, come back in the future. I grew up spending summers in Baldwin on all of the lakes. For me, my experience was nostalgic and sublime. This lovely cottage has an excellent view of and access to Whalen lake, just outside of Baldwin. The cottage was cozy, had so many amenities, and offered my wife and I the perfect restful weekend we needed! Whether you're a couple that needs to have a weekend away or a family looking for a fun vacation spot. Laura and her husband have the best of both worlds. They're fantastic hosts and we'd recommend a stay at their lake cottage any time.
