Little House is a private one-story home, set back from the street, with off-street parking room for large vehicles (Truck-Trailer or camper van) or four cars. There is also a small grass yard. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are in the heart of Skagit Valley. Our quaint downtown is a quick 10 minute walk. Less than 20 minutes away by auto you can visit Edison, La Conner, and the Salish sea. Many shops, trails, events and foodie fare are in our Guest Guide please have a look as we were thinking of you when we complied all our favorites places. Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.

This is a lovely, modern walkout-basement suite (2 private bedrooms with queen beds, full bath with tub/shower and warm-water bidet seat, living space with sink, quartz countertops, breakfast bar and large refrigerator--no stove). We live a quiet life upstairs with our old dog. Your suite and parking is all on one level, with no stairs or ramps. A small covered patio provides neighborhood ambiance and a place to relax outdoors.
