Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, 160 cm bed, TV and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15) , outdoor space shared with the owners; jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is attached to our house but the entry is independent. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.

Welcome to our Basque house in the city center. In the morning you can go for a coffee at Les Halles (5 min) or on our large exotic wooden terrace. You will walk to Grande Plage or La Côte des Basques on foot. The house has just been renovated and we have taken care of the atmosphere so that you feel fully on vacation. The house is ultra convenient and close to good restaurants and shops... organic bakery, pastry shop...
