Mandar is a great host and very helpful and accommodating. The place is great for people looking to have a great time at a private cosy place and who is a fan of natural surroundings.

I was there with my wife for a getaway and the place was just perfect. Place is very close to the sula vineyards and York winery. We also went to the local MTDC boating club and dipped our legs in the Godavari backwaters for the dam. about the house , beautiful house and beautiful place and surroundings. Given a chance if looking for a quiet getaway for sometime ... Thumbs Up book the place Quiet and serene outdoors with beautiful views not just outside but inside the property as well with Great supporting facilities Beautiful relations with the host. From checkin till checkout he gave his 100% support. Clear instructions ... very easy to understand. very welcoming host, beautiful views, beautiful house with greenery all around Loved this place ... loved sitting out on the beanbag and my wife with the hammock!!! This property is absolutely stunning, located inside the scenic Grape County. It’s very well-maintained, incredibly clean, and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. The lawn area is the main highlight and a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Just a heads up, it’s about a 30-minute drive to the main Nashik city. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The caretakers were incredibly sweet and helpful, and their homemade food was fantastic! My only suggestion is to check the menu for prices before ordering food. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this property!
