What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.

The Montclair is a one bedroom townhome at Element 30 that provides a private living experience. This three level home allows you more space and opportunity to make the place your own. Element 30 is in University Village, a neighborhood adjacent to the state’s historic Highway 30 and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.
